A Bit About Therapy
According to the American Psychological Association, “Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my patients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with any of life’s various obstacles. My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide patients with effective tools to help them see the glass half full instead of half empty.

Parenting
Mothers and daughters: bridging emotional gaps (ten sessions)/two days of five hours each
Study skills (six sessions of 45 minutes each)
Self care (30 minutes at schools)
Personal dolls: bullying, loss of loved ones, inappropriate touching (30 minutes a session at schools or for individual children)
Emotional intelligence workshops (ten sessions of one hour each)
Self esteem for children (ten sessions of one hour at a time)

About Me
I’m Dr. Marinda Cruywagen an Educational Psychologist, or licensed Child Psychologist.
I am a wife and a mother of three adults.
I experienced life through the eyes of my own children, friends, teachers and parents and can therefore coach people to navigate through life's challenges.
I am a qualified professional with the following degrees:
BA Ed (UP: 1983 - 1986),
B. Ed Educational Psychology
(UJ: 1997 - 1998),
